Recommended tools for business writing

Writing for some people may be a daunting task in itself. However, when it comes to making sure your writing is errors free, there are tools to help us with that. As a side note, there may be even help for those who really dislike writing (check this).

Possibly, the best tool I've had a chance to use to date uses artificial intelligence to proof-read your letter.

If you're one of those who'd rather not believe any artificial intelligence, then there's at least two of us.

I only have one objection regarding this program - it's name - WhiteSmoke. WhiteSmoke? Really? What does that have to do with writing? Initially I thought the name was WriteSmoke but hey, you don't need it for it's looks or it's name - you need it for what it does for your writing!
